In the app, Settings → Send feedback opens a mail to the same address, with the app version already in the subject. If you write from somewhere else, please tell us:

the app version (the Version row at the bottom of Settings);
your iPhone model and iOS version;
the chain, and what you expected to see.

Never send us a seed phrase or a private key. We will never ask for one, and we do not need one to help you. A public wallet address is fine.

Common questions

Can Chainmole move my money?

No. The app only reads public addresses. It never asks for a seed phrase or a private key, so it cannot send, sign or move anything. If anything asks you for a seed phrase in our name, it is not us.

Which chains does it support?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Base, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, Solana and Sui. You can turn a chain off in Settings → Networks.

A balance or a token is missing

The app reads each chain from public nodes and explorers, which are run by other people and are sometimes slow or busy. Pull down to refresh, and try again a little later. Check that the chain is on in Settings → Networks, and that Hide unknown tokens or Hide tokens under $1 in Settings is not hiding it. If it is still missing, write to us with the chain and the address.

A token shows no price

Not every token has a price we can find. A token with no market, or one that is very new, shows a dash instead of a value and is not counted in the total.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up. Your addresses are kept on your phone and in your own private iCloud, so your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account show them too. We cannot see them.

How do I delete my data?

Delete an address in the app and its balances and history go with it. Deleting the app removes everything on your phone. The copy in your iCloud can be removed from iOS Settings (tap your name, then iCloud). We hold nothing about you on our side. The privacy policy says more.

Chainmole Pro: buy, restore or cancel

Chainmole Pro is a subscription sold through the App Store. It lets you keep more groups, more addresses in each group, and a longer transaction history; the Subscription screen in Settings shows the exact numbers.

Restore: on a new phone, open Settings → Subscription and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the Apple Account you bought it with.
Cancel: open Settings → Subscription in the app, or the Subscriptions list in iOS Settings (tap your name, then Subscriptions).
Refunds are handled by Apple. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
